Refund & Return Policy
At SOL, we want you to love every Abaya you order. Each piece is designed and packed with care, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the Abaya is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact our customer care team before sending your item back — returns made without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued through your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customized, altered, or sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged or with a mistake, please share clear photos with us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
